ENCIERROFILMS – The running of the bulls S.L.., domiciled at C/ Mercaderes 21 – 2, 31001, Pamplona (hereinafter, “ENCIERROFILMS”) meets the demands established in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LOPD”) and its implementation regulations and by means of this privacy policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) it would like to inform you of the policy on the protection of personal data on its website, encierrofilms.com (hereinafter, “Website”) so that you may freely and voluntarily determine if you would like to provide ENCIERROFILMS with the personal data that we require and may obtain from you when you access and use the Website. Your personal data is treated according to that provided in said regulations.
1. Processing of personal data and purpose of the processing.
We inform you that the data you provide in this form will form part of one of several files, which shall be duly registered with the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Data, whose ownership and responsibility corresponds to ENCIERROFILMS

4. Security Measures.
ENCIERROFILMS maintains levels of personal data protection conforming to the Data Protection Law and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, 21 December, approving the Regulation of the development of the Data Protection Law, and has setup all of its technical media to avoid the loss, incorrect use, alteration, unauthorized access and therefore of the data that the user provides via the Website.
